My experience was positive and professional. Dr. Ismail was attentive and empathetic during my treatment checking frequently to make sure I was in no pain. His staff was also attentive, especially his assistant who held my hand throughout the procedure. This was very calming because my anxiety level is through the roof whenever I have dental work done.
