I'm gonna gush here, but its not entirely from the pain meds....My first time with this group was a truly amazing experience. Yesterday my regular dentist diagnosed a pretty big problem. My dentist is wonderful, but it was clear I needed this delicate, complicated issue addressed by a seasoned expert. Dr. Dan Harris not only specializes in the procedure I needed, he has long been teaching it to dental students at LSU. No one knows more about this, and few have done more of them. In my desperation I contacted him late at night, and not only did he not rebuff me, he graciously squeezed me in for the next morning! I don't know how this is even possible, but I'm just very thankful. He and his staff treated me with the utmost care. They answered every dumb question clearly and concisely. What I most needed was relief from my pain and getting my mouth fixed, but it makes that process a lot more pleasant when the whole team -- from the people at the desk, to the hygenist to the dentist -- are so dang likable. Dr. Harris is not only smart but just so upbeat, funny, and energetic. He seems to love his job and it makes you feel like your problem is the most important thing in the universe to him at the moment. As violent tooth extractions with complications go, this was definitely an A-plus experience. I'd strongly recommend this practice, and Dr. Harris in particular, to anyone.

I went in to see Dr. Harris and I was so scared I was making myself sick. Within 3 minutes of talking to the Dr. I was so very relieved! I had a tooth extracted and an implant put in ALL at the same time!! Well, I felt ZERO pain! None, Zip, Notta! And I was in and out of the office in less than 2 hours. The staff is fantastic as well. No surprises with the billing. They let you know everything up front. The dental assistant was very, very comforting with awesome "bedside" manners. I very highly recommend Dr. Harris. He is excellent!!
