I had no prior contact with Dr Ismail but had previously seen Dr Boos when their office was located in East Jefferson Hospital. Since Dr Ismail works with Dr Boos and their office was recommended by my dentist, Dr Owens, I had a comfort level. Dr Ismail was quite easy to speak to and provided answers to some questions before I had a chance to ask. I was impressed by how seamlessly Dr Ismael and the office staff coordinated my care with Dr Owens. His explanations and instructions were easy to understand and remember. His assistant was very comforting and I could readily tell that she loves her job. My procedure went smoothly and that pleased me. The only issue I had was that while waiting for the anesthesia to take it's full effect, Dr Ismail went to examine another patient. Normally, that isn't an issue but in this instance, the other patient kept Dr Ismail for an extended period of time and I was concerned that the anesthesia would dissipate before my procedure was completed. Thankfully that did not occur and when I consider the fact that Dr Ismail takes his time with each patient, that is a positive trait. I would definitely use Dr Ismail again if the need arises.
